 Home Delivery

Home delivery covers the main island of Taiwan (excluding outlying islands) and various overseas regions. We do not provide delivery to postal boxes or offer mail pick-up services.

When the goods are delivered, the delivery person will first contact you by phone. Please keep your phone accessible to avoid missing the delivery. If contact cannot be made after several delivery attempts, this order will be automatically canceled.
※ If there are difficulties in picking up the package, it is recommended to contact customer service first. If there are multiple refusals to accept delivery, the member’s purchasing rights will be suspended.

The delivery personnel only provide delivery services. If you have any issues with the received goods, please keep the items in new condition and contact customer service. The delivery personnel cannot process returns for you.

 Convenience Store Pickup

After the package is shipped, it will arrive at your designated convenience store within approximately 3-10 business days. You will receive a text message notification when the goods arrive, so please stay alert.

If the order includes more than three items of lingerie, it is recommended to choose home delivery.

If the volume of purchased items is too large to use convenience store pickup, Sugar8 will notify you to change to home delivery.

This service is limited to the main island of Taiwan and some outlying islands. Please check the delivery rules of each convenience store for areas that do not provide pickup services.

Goods that are not picked up in time cannot be held or delayed. If you do not pick up your goods within seven days after delivery, the items will be returned to Sugar8, and the order will be automatically canceled by the system and cannot be redelivered. If you still need the items, please place a new order online, but payment must be made first before choosing convenience store pickup.

To protect the shopping rights of all Sugar8 members, if the number of unpicked items exceeds one (including one), the system will automatically suspend the shopping rights of that member until the reason is clarified and reopened.
※ For online payment convenience store pickup, please ensure that the recipient’s name is filled in correctly when ordering. When the goods are delivered to the store, please bring a valid ID of the recipient (such as an ID card, driver’s license, health insurance card, etc.) for verification when picking up the items.

Return and Exchange Instructions

*Exchange Service: To ensure members receive items quickly, our company “does not provide” exchange services. If you wish to change sizes, please apply for a “return service.”

[Return Instructions]
*Return Service: To protect members’ shopping rights, we provide a complete return service. Please pay attention to the following instructions.

Returned items must remain intact; tags must not be removed, inner care labels must not be cut, and items must not be stained with odors, dirt, or cosmetics, nor soaked or washed, or processed in any way.

Underwear is a skin-contact product and “cannot” be returned.

The outer packaging of the product “cannot” be damaged; the product must remain intact and in new condition.

The return must be requested within seven days from the day after receipt of the goods (including weekends and national holidays). Late returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

If the order details include a set of lingerie, only “lingerie” returns can be requested. If a set of lingerie is returned, the underwear will be calculated at the original price.

If the total amount after the return does not meet the promotional discount threshold, the refund will be processed based on the final retained item threshold.
For example: If three items of lingerie enjoy a 10% discount promotion, and one set is returned, the retained item will be calculated at the original price and will not enjoy the 10% discount.

If the total amount after the return does not meet the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost of the first shipment (logistics cost of $80) will be charged.

If the total amount after the return does not meet the gift threshold, the gift must be returned; if the gift is not returned, the refund will be processed after deducting the original price of the gift.

According to consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to a seven-day hesitation period after receiving the product, and the hesitation period is not a trial period.
Please be reminded that the returned product must be in brand new condition, maintaining the same original state as when it was shipped (including accessories, inner and outer packaging bags, etc.).

If you have any questions about the return application, please contact customer service first. The company reserves the final decision on returns and the right to explain and amend related regulations.

[How to Return]
Please take a photo or scan the invoice and EMAIL it to:
Sugar_8@sugar8.com.tw, and a dedicated staff member will contact you regarding the return. If you purchased a promotional set, add-on products, or received gifts, you must return the promotional items/add-on products/gifts together.

Once the received items are confirmed, a refund will be arranged to the credit card used for payment. If payment was made via bank transfer or convenience store pickup, the refund will be made to the specified bank account.
If you confirm that you can return the items but do not send them out within seven days, the system will cancel your return application. If you still need to return items, please apply within the hesitation period, as late applications cannot be processed.

❚ Please keep the proof of collection for the return until the refund is received for subsequent return processing.
❚ Please use the original packaging for the return.
❚ Clearance items do not provide returns or exchanges.

Upon confirmation that the received items have not been worn, tagged, or have any odors, refunds will be processed according to the payment method after seven working days:

  • Credit Card ‘One-time Payment’: For full or partial returns, refunds will be credited directly to the credit card.
  • Convenience Store Pickup: Refunds will be transferred to the specified account.

★ Definition of Odor:
Any scent that differs from the existing inventory of Sugar8 products is considered an odor. Sugar8 reserves the right to make the final interpretation and definition of odors; please ensure you agree before placing an order!

● Credit Card Instant Online One-Time Payment: A convenient and user-friendly payment method. When you choose online credit card payment, the process is secured by SSL encryption to protect your personal privacy.

● Convenience Store Payment and Pickup: Suitable for consumers who find it inconvenient to receive goods at home or do not have access to ATMs and credit cards.

● ATM Payment: Suitable for consumers without credit cards or those who find it inconvenient to go to convenience stores for payment. Using the ATM payment method, you only need to transfer the order amount directly to the specified account through physical/online ATMs or online banking to complete the payment.

● Cash on Delivery: Suitable for customers without credit cards or those who find it inconvenient to go to convenience stores for payment. Using the cash on delivery method, you only need to pay in cash at the time of delivery.
